Penny's extensive TV credits span 15 years and just about every production role. She produced award-winning factual programs You Can't Ask That and The Art Of. She played an evil mayor in 37 episodes of a Channel 10 kids show. She even became a civil law expert working on Kyle Sandilands' reality courtroom show, Trial By Kyle.

Since 2023, Penny has been part of VicScreen's inaugural Originate Series talent accelerator program, developing a slate of narrative projects. In her spare time Penny does comedy gigs and practices making omelettes.

Penny honed her clown craft at the prestigious École Philippe Gaulier in Paris and obtained a Bachelor of Arts - Communications (Theatre / Media) from CSU Bathurst. She grew up on a farm in Ournie Valley NSW.
